- Proven expertise in fundamental Human Resources areas, spanning strategic leadership and operational HR functions.

- Experienced in managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting an inclusive and respectful workplace environment.
- Skilled in designing and overseeing talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Demonstrated success in performance management practices such as setting objectives, facilitating feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Extensive tenure in senior-level HR or people management roles, preferably within technology, digital, or professional services sectors.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with adeptness in remote collaboration.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, utilizing HR metrics and data to inform strategic directions and enhancements.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline is required, with an advanced degree or recognized HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) considered a plus.
