About the Role

UNITE is collaborating with a rapidly expanding and innovative company to recruit an experienced Vice President of Talent Acquisition. This key leadership position involves designing and implementing the global talent acquisition strategy to ensure the organization attracts and secures top-tier talent, supporting ongoing growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a worldwide talent acquisition plan that aligns with company goals.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team operating in various regions.
• Collaborate closely with executive leaders and hiring managers to influence workforce planning and hiring approaches.
• Create scalable recruitment workflows and adopt industry-leading hiring methods.
• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience to draw in elite talent.
• Utilize data analytics to boost recruitment effectiveness and optimize hiring decisions.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all recruitment activities.
• Oversee recruitment budgeting, manage external agency partnerships, and recruit technology tools.

Candidate Profile

• At least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including roles with senior leadership duties.
• Prior experience as a Vice President, Head, or Global Director of Talent Acquisition or similar role.
• Proven capabilities in establishing and expanding recruitment operations in fast-growing environments.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and work alongside executive leadership teams.
• Competency in recruiting across diverse business units and seniorities.
• Proficient in the use of recruitment data and analytics to guide hiring strategies.
• Holds a bachelor's degree; a master's degree is a plus.
