Change of Tenancy Advisor

About the Role

We are hiring a Change of Tenancy Advisor to join PrepayPower's expanding Change of Tenancy team based in Sandyford, Dublin 18. This full-time position boasts a competitive remuneration package including a €31,000 base salary plus a €6,000 bonus and offers excellent advancement potential within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to reduce churn and encourage new sign-ups to PrepayPower services through Change of Tenancy channels such as telephone, webforms, chat, and email.
• Deliver a superior onboarding experience for new customers.
• Provide exceptional assistance in response to customer inquiries.
• Utilize a comprehensive suite of sales and retention tools to motivate customers to continue using or adopt Yuno services.
• Complete administrative duties accurately related to account creation and customer onboarding procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or customer retention roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and relationship management expertise.
• Demonstrated experience in customer support or client service, particularly in call center environments.
• Excellent telephone handling and active listening skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and best practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Capability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time efficiently.
