Role overview

This full-time field sales position is based in Connacht and focuses on door-to-door selling. The main goal of the role is to create new customer opportunities through direct, face-to-face conversations.

Compensation for the role is a €32,000 base salary, with up to €15,000 in on-target earnings, making first-year earnings potentially reach €50,000. A €2,000 sign-on bonus is available after successful probation, subject to conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out door-to-door visits to residential customers and multiple property owners, aiming for a strong conversion rate
  • Present and sell energy products and services
  • Consistently meet or surpass personal targets and KPIs
  • Use effective sales techniques to improve customer engagement
  • Handle objections confidently and close sales successfully
  • Keep accurate lead, customer, and sales records in CRM systems
  • Review and improve sales methods based on feedback and results
  • Represent the business with professionalism, energy, and a positive mindset
