Field Sales Representative - €2,000 Sign-On Bonus

About the Role

Join PrepayPower as a Field Sales Representative, working full-time and on-site across Ireland with a primary focus on door-to-door sales. This role involves connecting directly with residential customers and property owners to help them manage and reduce their energy costs through our innovative Pay-As-You-Go electricity and gas services.

Compensation includes a base salary starting at €34,000 depending on experience, plus the potential to earn up to €15,000 in additional on-target earnings (OTE), totaling €50,000 in the first year. Additionally, a €2,000 sign-on bonus is awarded after successful completion of probation. Flexible working options, a daily lunch allowance, and company vehicle or fuel card allowances are also available based on eligibility. Employees receive 21 days of annual leave, which increases with tenure.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in face-to-face door-to-door sales visits targeting residential customers and multiple property owners with the aim of achieving a high conversion rate.
• Promote and sell Yuno Energy's products and services effectively.
• Consistently meet or surpass individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implement strategic sales techniques to maximize customer engagement and close sales successfully.
• Overcome customer objections to ensure a strong closing ratio.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales outcomes through CRM tools.
• Provide continuous feedback to improve sales strategies and performance.
• Represent the company professionally with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
