Role Overview

We seek energetic and dedicated individuals for the Casual Sales Assistant position. The role requires working primarily Thursday through Sunday with shifting hours. As an ambassador of our brand, you'll ensure customers receive exceptional, personalised experiences that deepen their connection with JD Sports.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the JD Sports brand with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products to effectively assist customers.
• Deliver tailored 1:1 customer service interactions.
• Handle customer queries and complete sales transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with management and colleagues to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Contribute to maintaining store presentation, including visual merchandising and cleanliness.
• Report any customer complaints promptly to the management team.
• Complete all required mandatory training relating to products, policies, and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or related sectors.
• Strong commitment to exceptional service and willingness to exceed expectations.
• Interest in sports fashion and awareness of key brands.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
