- Work closely with corporate and retail teams to align goals, maximize efficiency, and sustain business expansion.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards across visual merchandising, store upkeep, grooming, stock management, and operational procedures.
- Develop strategies for smooth import/export logistics, including timely merchandise delivery and customs compliance.
- Collaborate with international suppliers and logistics partners to optimize shipping costs, routes, and timelines.
- Ensure all Canadian import/export laws, tariffs, and duties are properly observed.
- Implement effective inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing overstock or shortages.
- Forecast demand and strategically plan stock orders for Canadian stores.
- Continuously assess staffing needs and partner with HR to recruit top-tier talent at all levels.
- Manage comprehensive training programs to improve product knowledge and operational skills.
- Identify and mentor potential future leaders by crafting development plans alongside Store Managers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and developmental support.
- Promote a work environment where all employees are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.
