Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Client Advisor position focused on creating an elevated luxury experience for customers. The role is centered on warm client engagement, tailored styling guidance, and expert product support, with every interaction expected to reflect the brand’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver a polished, memorable service experience in line with luxury retail expectations.
- Offer individualized styling input and product recommendations based on each customer’s preferences and needs.
- Develop and nurture lasting client connections to support repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
- Manage the sales journey end to end, from first contact through purchase completion and after-sales follow-up.
- Help the boutique achieve its sales targets and service goals.
- Support store merchandising and maintain a refined visual presentation throughout the shop floor.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client questions, requests, and concerns.
- Work closely with the wider store team to keep the environment organized, efficient, and premium in appearance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong background in client relations and customer service, especially in relationship-driven environments.
- Ability to consistently create customer satisfaction through attentive and personalized service.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills for a luxury retail setting.
- Knowledge of insurance or similar protection-related service processes connected to high-value purchases is useful.
- Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or upscale hospitality is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to work full time on site, including weekends and holidays as needed by retail schedules.
- Fluency in English; other languages suited to an international customer base are a plus.
- Strong visual sense, confidence as a brand representative, and genuine enthusiasm for fashion and luxury products.
- Good organizational habits, dependability, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced client-facing setting.
