Role Overview

We are seeking individuals with a warm personality, adaptability, and a calming presence to join our cabin crew team. As an ambassador for Emirates, you will assist passengers with care and professionalism throughout their flight experience. This role goes beyond customer service, emphasizing passenger safety, security, and operational leadership onboard the aircraft. Comprehensive training is provided at our premier facility in Dubai to equip you with the skills necessary to excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to passengers, ensuring their comfort and safety during flights.
• Manage and oversee aircraft services, prioritizing security and safety procedures.
• Lead confidently in emergency situations, executing safety protocols effectively.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver exceptional service to customers of various cultures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of one year in hospitality or customer service roles.
• High school education completed (Grade 12).
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• Height requirement: minimum 160 cm and reach of 212 cm on tiptoes, to access emergency equipment across all aircraft types.
• No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform without cover.
• Eligible to work in Dubai in accordance with UAE employment visa regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive monthly fixed salary: AED 4,980.
• Hourly flight pay at AED 69.60, averaging between 80 to 100 flight hours monthly.
