Responsibilities

• Create quality coffee and beverage experiences for customers.
• Follow store operating policies including food and beverage preparation and cash management.
• Engage effectively with customers to understand and satisfy their needs through clear, courteous communication.
• Prepare food and drinks according to standard or customized recipes accommodating specific preferences.
• Perform various in-store tasks as required during each shift.

Required Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary.
• Consistent and punctual attendance with or without accommodation.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Adherence to quality and safety standards in the store.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow verbal and written instructions, asking questions when clarification is needed.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities to build positive relationships.
