Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality coffee beverages and food items according to specified recipes or customer customizations
• Interact with customers to understand and meet their needs through clear and friendly communication
• Adhere to store policies and standards including cash handling, safety, and security protocols
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality while being flexible to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Contribute to multiple operational tasks within the store during shifts to ensure smooth function

Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience required; ability to quickly learn and adapt
• Capability to follow oral and written instructions clearly, seeking clarification when needed
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach and relationship-building ability
• Availability to work flexible hours as per business needs
