Responsibilities and Expectations

• Consistently attend work punctually and reliably, with or without accommodations.
• Be available to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights as necessary.
• Adhere to store policies and standards, encompassing quality preparation of food and beverages, cash handling, and maintaining safety and security.
• Engage warmly with customers, understanding and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customized preferences, adjusting ingredients and temperature as required.
• Perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift as assigned.
