Job Overview
This role requires an engaging personality with adaptability and warmth, essential for making travelers comfortable and confident during their journeys. As the Emirates cabin crew member, you serve as the airline's representative, providing assistance and guidance to customers throughout their flights. Beyond delivering excellent service, safety remains a paramount responsibility. You will lead and coordinate aircraft services, enforce security, and manage safety protocols, supported by top-tier training at Emirates' advanced Dubai facility.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum one year experience in customer service or hospitality environments.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with the capacity to work effectively with diverse cultural groups.
- Completion of at least high school education (Grade 12).
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- A minimum height of 160 cm and the ability to reach up to 212 cm (standing on tiptoes) to access all emergency equipment.
- No visible tattoos while in uniform, with no use of coverage such as cosmetics or bandages.
- Willingness to be based in Dubai and eligibility to fulfill UAE employment visa requirements.

Compensation & Benefits
- A fixed base salary of AED 4,980 per month.
- Hourly pay of AED 69.60 for flight hours, averaging 80-100 hours monthly.
