The cabin crew role encompasses more than just delivering service; safety remains the foremost priority. Crew members will confidently lead and manage aircraft services alongside enforcing security and safety protocols, bolstered by world-class training at our advanced facility in Dubai.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• A positive mindset combined with the ability to deliver exceptional service within diverse team environments and across multicultural settings.
• High school completion (Grade 12) as the minimum educational qualification.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• A height of at least 160 cm and the ability to reach 212 cm standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment on all aircraft.
• No visible tattoos while in Emirates uniform (no use of bandages or cosmetics to cover tattoos).
• Eligibility to live and work in Dubai with adherence to UAE employment visa criteria.

In addition, candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining high performance standards, possess a solution-oriented approach, manage demanding schedules effectively, and provide a genuine, culturally aware customer experience reflecting Emirates’ professional, empathetic, visionary, and cosmopolitan values.

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic salary of AED 4,980 per month.
• Hourly flight pay at AED 69.60, based on 80-100 flight hours monthly.
• Average total earnings approximately AED 11,244 monthly (roughly USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, GBP 2,280) for Grade II Economy class crew.
