Role Overview

The Business Transformation Manager will spearhead development, definition, and delivery of intelligent supply chain solutions tailored to client requirements across various industries. This position involves close collaboration with clients to assess their needs and design solutions aligned with industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client projects and consulting engagements to fulfill specified requirements.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities by scoping solutions and crafting winning proposals.
  • Conduct supply chain maturity evaluations and define comprehensive improvement roadmaps.
  • Develop business cases demonstrating both quantitative and qualitative returns on investment.
  • Establish and apply value metrics and KPIs to illustrate tangible business results.
  • Contribute to building practice assets and product offerings across supply chain areas.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to design process improvements and target operating models.
  • Provide ongoing advisory support to enhance clients' supply chain maturity and value delivery.
  • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams internally to support solution development and proposal efforts.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for business improvement internally and externally.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree mandatory; master’s degree preferred.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations or consulting.
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain functions including Demand Planning, Demand Sensing, S&OP/IBP, Production and Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, Logistics, Transportation, as well as Data and Analytics.
  • Proficient in analyzing operational data to detect opportunities and generate actionable insights; capable of conducting fit-gap analyses.
  • Ability to comprehend client business and supply chain demands to effectively design value-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship-building skills, adept at facilitating meetings, resolving conflicts, and fostering brainstorming sessions.
  • Competent in managing complex scenarios autonomously and influencing senior management within challenging project environments.
  • Experience in developing and refining supply chain target operating models and process designs.
  • Proven leadership in defining and guiding key supply chain design decisions.
  • Familiarity with digital technologies and process frameworks relevant to supply chains.
  • Supply chain certifications such as APICS are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,445 to $169,940 annually, subject to various factors including location, qualifications, experience, and market conditions. Actual offer may vary within or outside this range. Additional compensation such as incentives, bonuses, or commissions may be applicable based on role and legal considerations.

Full-time employees in the U.S. are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off (12-25 vacation days depending on grade), company holidays, medical, dental, vision coverage, retirement savings plans like 401(k), life and disability insurance, employee assistance programs, among others.
