- Strong capability in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and prior exposure to ERP systems; experience with Epicor or a comparable platform is a plus.
- Background in manufacturing, energy, construction, infrastructure, or project-driven environments is strongly preferred.
- Good working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial controls, and business process management.
- Excellent organization, problem-solving, and project management abilities, with the capacity to juggle several priorities at once.
- Clear communication and strong people skills, including the ability to work across departments and present findings to senior leaders.
- A professional, trustworthy, and discreet approach, with the ability to manage sensitive information in a fast-moving environment.
Benefits
- Competitive pay and a full benefits package.
- Completely remote work with flexibility and better work-life balance.
