About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Consulting professional to participate in advanced AI research and assessment projects. Your expertise will be crucial in defining what constitutes superior consulting work, creating task-specific evaluation standards, and critically appraising both AI-generated and human consulting outputs through rigorously reasoned written explanations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop precise evaluation criteria tailored to real-world consulting outputs such as market analyses, strategic advice, financial modeling, presentation decks, and implementation plans.
• Assess and assign scores to consulting deliverables produced by AI systems and human consultants based on established criteria.
• Compose detailed justifications to explain the rationale for each evaluation and score awarded.
• Use consistent, evidence-based professional judgment ensuring evaluations are defensible and reproducible.
• Examine consulting materials for analytical thoroughness, strategic insight, precision, organization, and client readiness.
• Incorporate structured feedback from senior evaluators to improve evaluation quality.

Essential Qualifications

• Over five years of professional experience in management consulting.
• Tenure at premier strategy or management consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent leading consultancies.
• Strong background in structured problem solving, market sizing, financial modeling, business case construction, and communicating with executives.
• Ability to critically appraise strategy recommendations, quantitative analyses, and executive-level presentations.
• Exceptional written communication capabilities to clearly articulate evaluation rationales relative to professional consulting standards.
• High attention to detail, analytical rigor, and consistent professional judgment.
• Ability to effectively receive and adapt to structured feedback to align evaluations with predefined standards.

Preferred Experience

• Background in reviewing or assessing consulting deliverables.
• Experience mentoring consultants or reviewing analyst and associate work.
• Familiarity with AI training, model assessment, or human-data interaction projects.
• Exposure to consulting across multiple industries, functions, or strategic problem domains.

Compensation and Terms

• Competitive pay ranging from $150 to $220 per hour.
• Payment dispensed weekly.
• Engagement as an independent contractor on a remote hourly basis.
