Role Overview

This full-time hybrid role is based in Denver, Colorado, allowing flexible on-site and remote work throughout the week. The position title—Analyst or Consultant—will depend on the candidate's experience and educational background.

Typical Responsibilities

• Support business strategy formulation and transformation initiatives.
• Analyze go-to-market data and generate actionable insights.
• Drive improvements in financial and operational performance.
• Contribute to AI strategy development and adoption planning.
• Create dashboards and prepare executive-level reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation.

The role includes analyzing intricate business problems, performing quantitative analyses, developing executive presentations, facilitating client workshops, and assisting with implementing solutions based on data and analytics. It offers substantial interaction with senior executives and solid prospects for professional advancement.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related quantitative fields.
• Strong analytical capabilities with structured problem-solving skills.
• Highly effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to distill complex analyses into straightforward business recommendations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SQL or other data analytics tools is advantageous.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
• Intellectual curiosity with a passion for solving challenging business problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or statistical analytics techniques.
• Interest in AI, machine learning, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Prior internship or consulting experience is a plus.
