Role Overview
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity based in West Palm Beach, FL, with an annual salary range of $65,000 to $80,000. The position requires working onsite five days a week and focuses on transforming business data into actionable insights to guide smarter organizational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business operations.
- Analyze operational and financial datasets to uncover trends and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with business teams to grasp their reporting requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Enhance and automate reporting workflows to reduce manual effort.
- Handle large volumes of data to facilitate decision-making processes.
- Diagnose data inconsistencies and enhance data quality standards.
- Produce custom reports and analytics upon request for leadership.
- Assist with ongoing business intelligence and reporting projects.
Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including in-depth knowledge of functions, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience using visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adeptness at working collaboratively with business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python, R, JavaScript, or VBA.
- Exposure to enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, or other operational platforms.
- Background supporting finance, operations, accounting, or business reporting activities.
