Position Overview
The Customer Experience Data Specialist enhances customer satisfaction and operational performance by collecting and interpreting customer interaction data to provide actionable insights. This role also supports business services center operations.
Work Location & Schedule
- Location: Kennesaw, GA
- Initial onboarding requires full-time on-site presence for the first 90 days
- Post-onboarding, the schedule transitions to a hybrid model with on-site presence Monday through Wednesday
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, cleanse, and analyze datasets such as CRM data, surveys, and call logs
- Create interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to visualize customer data
- Identify patterns and root causes of customer challenges and translate complex datasets into straightforward recommendations for cross-functional teams
- Support financial and accounts operations by onboarding and maintaining client account profiles within business systems (ERP/CRM)
- Process credit memos and write-offs according to established financial policies
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT to develop strategies while maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and privacy compliance
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields, ideally focused on customer experience
- Proficient with Power BI for constructing dynamic reports and dashboards
- Strong analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for explaining complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP
- Experience in qualitative data analysis methods
- Good project and organizational management skills
