Position Summary
We are looking for an analytical and detail-driven Digital Media Coordinator to assist in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook. This role offers an excellent opportunity for developing expertise in performance marketing within a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in biddable paid media initially focusing on paid search, expanding later to paid social and display advertising.
- Create comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports covering all paid media channels.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Analyze and monitor paid search and display campaigns to proactively improve and grow campaigns based on client needs.
- Set up, launch, optimize, and maintain campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Execute testing of search ad copy and banner ads according to best practices to enhance campaign performance.
- Conduct keyword, placement, and market research for campaign enhancements.
- Perform quality assurance on campaigns before and after launch to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Certifications such as Google Fundamentals, Google Advanced, DoubleClick, and Bing are advantageous.
- Experience with bulk uploads or using Google Ads Editor is preferred.
- Ability to build basic campaign structures across advertising engines.
- Skilled in extracting reports and deriving insights on campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills for data review and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Excel including VLookups, Pivot Tables, and chart creation.

Work Arrangement
This position requires working onsite in Purchase, NY at least three days a week; remote work is not permitted.
