Job Summary and Responsibilities
This role involves gathering and structuring specific data sets from multiple sources such as subject matter experts in career fields, CRM outputs, business plans, leads, sales, budget reports, and other company tools. The Analyst will examine this data to identify patterns or anomalies related to production, recruiting, sales, profits, contest outcomes, and other key performance indicators, presenting these insights to career management. They will also propose solutions to address issues unveiled via data analysis. Additionally, the position requires preparing comprehensive reports on findings following regular schedules (monthly, quarterly, annually) and effectively presenting these to management. Other related duties may be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in business or equivalent relevant experience
- Familiarity with insurance industry terminology and concepts
- Experience in reviewing and analyzing data
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Solid foundation in basic research methodologies
- Strong analytical thinking capabilities
- Proficient in fundamental math and statistical techniques
- Experienced with Microsoft PowerPoint and similar presentation platforms
- Skilled at visually communicating data insights and presenting to various organizational levels
- Capable of working autonomously
- Team-oriented, able to collaborate effectively with management across departments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
