Key Responsibilities
- Create welcoming interactions and build relationships with customers and team members.
- Prepare beverages and food items precisely following standard recipes or customized requests.
- Handle cash transactions and support store safety and security measures diligently.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout your shift.
- Demonstrate flexibility by assisting with a variety of tasks as needed within the store.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- No prior experience is necessary; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are valued.
- Consistently punctual and reliable attendance, with or without accommodations.
- Availability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Adhering to store policies and maintaining high standards of beverage and food quality, cash handling, and security.
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and respond to their needs effectively.
Skills and Abilities
- Quick learner who can follow oral and written guidelines accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate well within a team environment.
- Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
