Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging warmly and responding thoughtfully to customer needs.
• Prepare beverages and food following standard and customized recipes with attention to quality.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and uphold store safety and security protocols.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace while managing multiple tasks throughout shifts.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, embracing new learning opportunities including the latest beverage recipes.
• Remain calm and composed amidst a fast-paced and energetic store environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and teammates ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• No prior experience is necessary; we welcome newcomers eager to learn.
• Consistent punctuality and attendance are expected, with flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions clearly and seek clarification when required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships within the team and with customers.
