As an In-Room Dining Order Taker, you will be vital in ensuring a seamless, engaging, and personalized room service experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming in-room dining calls, establishing a warm and inviting connection with guests.
• Guide guests through the menu options, suggest daily specials, and encourage upselling with detailed and enthusiastic recommendations.
• Accurately enter orders into the system, ensuring all special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies are noted for kitchen staff.
• Coordinate the timely preparation and delivery of orders by liaising effectively with kitchen and service teams.
• Track order progress diligently and follow up to confirm guest satisfaction.
• Address guest questions, concerns, and feedback with a solution-oriented and courteous approach.
• Keep comprehensive knowledge of menu items, promotions, and hotel services.
• Uphold highest standards of service quality, hygiene, and food safety.

Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar ordering or customer service role within luxury hotels or high-end restaurants.
• Excellent telephone communication and etiquette skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a bustling environment.
• A strong passion for hospitality and commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
