About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and personalized customer service that enhances the store atmosphere.
• Prepare coffee and beverage orders accurately following standard recipes or customized requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace to ensure a safe, efficient environment.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly and adhere to store safety and security protocols.
• Participate effectively in team efforts and adapt to various store tasks during shifts.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and punctuality, able to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Capability to carry out store policies, including food and beverage quality, cash handling, and safety standards.
• Clear communication skills for engaging customers and team members.
• Basic familiarity with food preparation and ability to perform multiple store tasks per shift.

Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships within the team and with customers.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions efficiently.
