Key Responsibilities & Expectations

• No prior experience is necessary to succeed in this position.
• Consistently maintain punctuality and regular attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be flexible to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies and standards, ensuring delivery of high-quality beverages and food items, handling cash responsibly, and maintaining store safety.
• Interact warmly with customers, discern and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and drinks according to standard or customized recipes, accommodating modifications as requested.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store efficiently during each shift.
