Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- No prior experience is necessary to succeed in this position.
- Consistently maintain punctuality and regular attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Be flexible to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Adhere to store policies and standards, ensuring delivery of high-quality beverages and food items, handling cash responsibly, and maintaining store safety.
- Interact warmly with customers, discern and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and drinks according to standard or customized recipes, accommodating modifications as requested.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store efficiently during each shift.
Required Skills and Abilities
