About the Role
We are pleased to present an opening with a leading professional services firm in Dublin seeking a skilled Legal Personal Assistant to join their Banking division. This role involves delivering high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior fee earners within a dynamic and client-oriented team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive PA assistance to partners and senior lawyers specializing in Banking law.
- Organize and manage complex calendars including meetings and travel plans.
- Prepare, review, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and presentation materials.
- Support billing, time tracking, and overall matter management tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist with daily administrative duties to ensure efficient functioning of the Banking team.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years' experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary supporting senior staff.
- Background or familiarity with Banking or Corporate law is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and diary management capabilities.
- Strong skills in document creation and detail orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively within a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
- Professional, proactive attitude with a team-focused mindset.
