Role Overview
An exclusive opportunity awaits an ambitious and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a Chairman and two senior executives at a prestigious investment firm located in Mayfair. This position involves comprehensive coordination and administrative management in a dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and coordinate complex and fluctuating calendars, balancing both professional and personal engagements with precision.
- Serve as a trusted liaison and gatekeeper, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
- Organize meetings from inception to completion, including scheduling, logistics, preparing top-quality materials, and monitoring follow-ups.
- Create polished presentations, documentation, and communications ensuring high standards.
- Oversee email inboxes, prioritizing and addressing matters promptly.
- Arrange detailed travel plans, events, and itineraries with careful attention.
- Administer expense claims and other administrative duties with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide discreet support with personal administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate-level candidate with 2 to 5 years’ corporate experience, preferably in finance or professional services.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident working alongside senior and high-profile stakeholders.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and presentation skills at an advanced level.
- Calm, solution-oriented attitude with capability to anticipate needs.
