Candidate Profile

  • Graduated caliber professional with 2 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within corporate, financial, or professional services sectors.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication abilities in both verbal and written formats.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior executives and high-profile individuals.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of delivering high-standard presentations.
  • Possesses a calm, problem-solving mindset with the foresight to anticipate executive needs.
  • Demonstrates absolute confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment.
