Collaboration with store management will be crucial to set priorities and coach team members on loss prevention and inventory protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead your Back of House team by defining daily priorities for stock allocation and delivery processing.
  • Coordinate stock deliveries to guarantee a maximum 24-hour turnaround from door to shelf.
  • Ensure top stock availability through effective replenishment system management.
  • Streamline back of house space for operational efficiency and accessibility to high-demand items.
  • Support the management of stock loss controls and related procedures.
  • Mentor and motivate team members to enhance performance and adherence to policies.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a comparable position within a fast-paced, large-scale fashion retail environment.
  • Preferred experience in managing inventory systems.
  • Strong organizational skills paired with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality or productivity.
  • Prior team leadership exposure with proven coaching capabilities.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Word.
  • Adaptability to fluctuating workloads and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Benefits and Development

  • Opportunity to work with top sports fashion brands in a dynamic and growth-oriented company.
  • Access to training programs to initiate and advance your professional journey.
  • Potential for career progression across various company sectors including retail operations, corporate offices, and distribution centers.
  • Attractive employee discount applicable for staff and their families.
  • Support resources including an Employee Assistance Program and designated mental health champions.
  • One month of paid parental leave for full-time employees.
