We seek a driven individual with enthusiasm for financial markets and trading who wants to excel in a versatile market-facing trading position. The role empowers you from day one to contribute towards the business's profitability by trading pan-Asian equities, swaps, forwards, and foreign exchange. A core focus is capitalizing on market inefficiencies and delivering tailored client solutions.

This group builds enduring relationships with diverse institutional clients such as corporations, financial service providers, and fund managers. It facilitates these clients in trading financial instruments globally, securing funding, and managing risk. Key Responsibilities
- Manage risk within Franchise books, with emphasis on single stock synthetic products.
- Gain comprehensive insight into profitability drivers and identify levers to enhance returns.
- Collaborate with Strategic, Technology, and Federation teams to improve systems supporting pricing, trade execution, trade flow, risk control, and portfolio optimization.
- Develop knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and legal aspects governing traded derivatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2-3 years of analytical trading experience, preferably within Synthetic Products Group or volatility trading and risk management.
- Strong decision-making capabilities combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Adept at analyzing extensive data quickly in fast-evolving settings.
- Solid quantitative foundation with obligatory Python programming expertise.
- Preferred experience includes market making, structuring, risk management, or derivative modeling.
- Knowledge of funding, interest rates, and a good grasp of options trading and Indian markets is advantageous.
