  • Track portfolio performance and key value drivers by evaluating financial strength, competitive standing, and emerging risks, and by monitoring financial and operational KPIs to generate actionable insights.
  • Convert strategic and operational findings into prioritised value-creation actions and financial implications, including linking business levers to valuation outcomes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, senior management, and board directors to support strategic conversations, decision-making, initiative tracking, and accountability for outcomes.
  • Contribute to portfolio-wide efforts such as finding synergies and best practices across companies, supporting organic and inorganic growth, and enabling partnership opportunities.
  • Own workstreams from issue framing and analysis through stakeholder alignment, recommendation development, and execution follow-through.
  • Coach and guide junior team members to strengthen team capability and development.

Requirements

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and the ability to shape decisions and influence outcomes.
  • Capability to turn analysis into practical, execution-oriented recommendations.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a demanding, high-performance setting.
  • Self-directed working style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics clearly.
  • Familiarity with financial data tools such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and FactSet.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot to support research, synthesis, analysis, and productivity.
