Job description
Role Summary
The position involves leading the transformation initiatives within the Air Manpower Organisation (AMPO), focusing on enhancing Human Resource (HR) capabilities throughout the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) by instituting structural and procedural changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve HR entities' charters, organizational frameworks, and operating procedures.
- Forecast and organize personnel and facility space needs across all RSAF air bases, camps, and headquarters.
- Plan and carry out communication and engagement strategies targeted at HR professionals and the wider RSAF community.
- Manage the incorporation and adaptation of AMPO structural changes during rollout phases and lead reviews following implementation.
Challenges
Effectively managing organisational transformation and achieving alignment among varied stakeholder groups.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of six years' relevant experience in fields such as HR, organizational change management, organizational design, or manpower planning.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Proven competency in managing stakeholder relationships.
