Role Overview

This role involves supporting the medical officer and senior medic in the daily operations of the medical centre, ensuring that servicemen receive high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative functions related to medical centre processes, logistical coordination, and managing manpower resources effectively.
• Carry out clinical duties to support the operational needs of the medical centre.
• Organize and deliver ongoing medical education for National Service Full-time (NSF) medics.

Challenges

• Maintain forward planning and stay well-organized in daily tasks while balancing responsiveness to unexpected events and additional duties.
• Exercise confident leadership by guiding and mentoring junior medical personnel in their responsibilities.

Candidate Profile

• Possess knowledge in the medical healthcare domain combined with skills in human resource management, workforce planning, and logistics coordination.
• Previous experience in clinical practice or paramedic roles is considered beneficial.
• Willingness and ability to participate in occasional field assignments as required.
