Job Overview
This role is dedicated to providing essential human resources support across an assigned area, requiring advanced professional expertise. Individuals in this position operate with minimal oversight, apply extensive HR knowledge, and handle multifaceted problems effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake discussions with managers to clarify job requirements, interview processes, and candidate profiles.
- Evaluate candidates through screening and interviews, subsequently recommending suitable applicants to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the hiring workflow.
- Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers, HR teams, and other relevant parties throughout recruitment.
- Manage administrative tasks including interview scheduling, overseeing pre-hiring assessments, and coordinating preboarding activities.
- Provide training and assistance to hiring managers and HR personnel regarding Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and best practices.
- Disseminate recurring training sessions and recruitment best practices to all involved stakeholders.
- Utilize the Oracle applicant tracking system to oversee recruitment operations.
- Convey Talent Acquisition policies and principles clearly to all stakeholders.
- Handle workforce relations dispute resolution procedures.
- Perform operational risk assessments and generate ad hoc reports.
- Conduct exit interview administration and related reporting tasks.
- Oversee legal reviews concerning employment separations and lead workforce relations investigations.
- Administer HR policies and interpret guiding principles to ensure compliance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Applicant must be a member of the Church and possess a temple recommend in good standing.
- Possess a bachelor's degree coupled with at least four years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in a relevant field and HR certification.
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge of HR operations with a focus on Talent Acquisition.
- Well-versed in HR best practices across functional areas.
- Essential competencies include relationship building, consulting with business leaders, delivering superior customer service, coaching employees and managers, data analysis, effective use of applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office, and strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Must be capable of fulfilling physical demands such as prolonged sitting and computer use.
