Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner will spearhead recruitment efforts primarily for the Engineering, Product, and Data departments, focusing on building diverse and robust talent pipelines. This involves relationship management, innovative sourcing, and overseeing the recruitment cycle from beginning to end. Occasionally, the role will also involve supporting non-technical teams such as GTM and G&A depending on staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for technical openings including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and advising stakeholders on best practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data leadership to understand talent requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies that attract high-quality candidates.
• Proactively develop and maintain candidate pipelines through networking, social media engagement, and direct sourcing methods.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and conveying company culture and values throughout the hiring process.
• Work cohesively with the Talent Acquisition team to synchronize hiring objectives and share effective practices.
• Implement inclusive recruitment practices that support the company’s diversity and inclusion commitments.
• Use recruitment data such as time-to-hire and candidate satisfaction metrics to evaluate and continuously enhance hiring processes.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, ideally with 2+ years in-house recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems; familiarity with Ashby is advantageous.
• Skilled in employing various candidate sourcing methods including social media and referrals.
• Disciplined in managing recruitment efficiently with a focus on quality and timeliness.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments and commit to superior candidate engagement.
• A desire to advance recruitment skills and aid in refining recruitment workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sourcing tools such as Juicebox or LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of technical talent markets and recruitment trends.
• Understanding of compensation standards and recruitment best practices within technical fields.
• Strong partnerships with hiring managers and leadership to drive recruitment effectiveness.
• Analytical approach with ability to interpret recruitment data and optimize strategies.

Salary Range: $84,000 to $101,000 per year.
