Purpose and Impact
The Director of Talent Acquisition leads a regional APAC team responsible for crafting and executing the talent acquisition strategy for Manufacturing and Supply Chain (MSC) roles. This leader aligns multi-year recruitment plans with business priorities to secure top-quality talent efficiently and cost-effectively, supporting scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute APAC MSC hiring strategies aligned with business and workforce goals focusing on speed, quality, diversity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and manage a high-achieving, regionally distributed recruiting team by setting clear goals, fostering skill development, and promoting accountability and inclusivity.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring consistent standards, timely hiring, and continuous improvement through performance monitoring and adjustment.
- Implement and promote recruitment operating models, tools, and processes to enhance consistency, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the region.
- Develop and lead sourcing and talent pipeline initiatives to ensure a strong, diverse pool of candidates meeting immediate and future hiring demands.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR to translate workforce needs into effective recruitment strategies, providing market insights and workforce advisory.
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience to boost attraction, engagement, and hiring conversion rates.
- Utilize analytics and labor market intelligence to guide recruitment decisions, measure performance, and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and channels, optimizing partnerships for enhanced service delivery and value.
- Ensure that recruitment activities comply fully with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards to minimize risk and uphold consistent practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience relevant to the role.
- Proven leadership in talent acquisition strategy and execution across multiple APAC regions, with insight into regional talent markets and hiring practices.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies, digital tools, analytics platforms, and metrics-based performance management.
- At least five years of relevant experience, including a minimum of three years in a supervisory capacity.
- Fluent professional English communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders regionally and globally.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at engaging diverse candidates, managers, senior leaders, and stakeholders across varied APAC markets.
