Role Summary and Impact

The APAC Regional Talent Acquisition Director for Manufacturing and Supply Chain (MSC) will direct a regional team to develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce needs across Asia Pacific. The position requires ensuring an efficient, cost-effective recruitment process that attracts and hires top talent. Close collaboration with senior leadership and HR business partners is essential to guide workforce strategies and leverage market insights to foster business expansion.

Responsibilities

• Craft and implement a multi-year talent acquisition strategy for MSC aligning with business plans emphasizing hiring speed, quality, diversity, and cost efficiency.
• Lead and nurture a diverse, distributed recruiting team across APAC, fostering accountability, inclusion, and professional growth.
• Oversee end-to-end professional recruitment processes across APAC, monitoring performance metrics to ensure consistent service and successful hiring outcomes.
• Promote consistency and productivity by advancing the recruiting operating model, processes, and technology adoption, encouraging continuous improvement through data-driven initiatives.
• Design and steer proactive sourcing and talent pipeline strategies to sustain a diverse candidate pool that meets ongoing and future hiring demands.
• Serve as a strategic consultant to business and HR leaders, converting workforce insights into effective recruiting solutions supported by data and market knowledge.
• Collaborate to strengthen the employer brand and candidate journey to enhance attraction, engagement, and hiring conversion rates.
• Utilize recruitment analytics and market intelligence to inform decisions, monitor team performance, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and recruitment channels, optimizing their effectiveness to drive continuous value and improvements.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards, partnering with relevant functions to mitigate risks.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or commensurate experience.
• Proven leadership in talent acquisition strategy and execution across multiple APAC regions, with knowledge of varying regional talent ecosystems and hiring protocols.
• Experience working with recruitment technologies, digital tools, data analytics, and performance measurement.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience, including minimum three years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proficient in professional English communication, capable of influencing and collaborating at regional and global organizational levels.
