Role Summary

The Technology Transformation Programme Manager will spearhead this initiative, overseeing the alignment and coordination of IT infrastructure, digital tools, system integrations, and their adoption throughout the organization. The role involves managing multiple interconnected projects aimed at improving business outcomes such as enhanced planning, optimized resource use, and increased profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, propose, design, and take ownership of the digital transformation roadmap.
• Lead projects related to digital systems, IT infrastructure, system integration, and user adoption.
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments including IT, operations, manufacturing, planning, finance, and commercial sectors.
• Ensure the transformation delivers quantifiable improvements to business performance.
• Promote change management, drive adoption of new systems, and enhance operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Experience and Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of experience managing business or technology transformation/change programmes.
• Proven success in end-to-end transformation projects generating measurable business benefits such as improved decisions and operational efficiency.
• Background in systems integration, infrastructure modernization, or digital transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple related projects concurrently.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and management.
• Experience working effectively with external IT partners and vendors.
