Role Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Personal Financial Services (PFS) Sales positions, collaborating closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to fulfill business recruitment objectives.
- Oversee talent sourcing, candidate screening, conduct interviews, extend job offers, and facilitate onboarding specifically for frontline sales roles.
- Provide expert advice to stakeholders on recruitment strategies, market trends, and candidate evaluation.
- Ensure all recruitment actions comply with governance policies, licensing mandates, and regulatory standards within the financial services sector.
- Maintain a high standard of candidate experience and assist in monitoring recruitment metrics and hiring performance indicators.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a degree qualification with 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within banking or sales recruitment.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills and capacity to work effectively in a dynamic, high-volume hiring environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment compliance, licensing, and governance in financial services.
