Job description
About the role
As an Administrative Business Partner, you will play a central role in keeping a team’s operations running smoothly. The role involves anticipating the needs of managers and team members, removing administrative and operational blockers, and helping the team stay focused on key priorities. You will need to adapt quickly in a changing environment, stay current on Google products and services, and use that knowledge to support team initiatives in a smart and strategic way. This position calls for strong organization, sound judgment, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate well with people across different functions.
Administrative professionals at Google support meaningful work behind the scenes and contribute directly to the success of the people and users they serve. The work often includes handling multiple projects at once and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.
