Overview
Burjline Builders invites applications for a full-time Office Manager dedicated to supporting the Board of Directors (BOD) at their Riyadh, Saudi Arabia location. This pivotal position requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can efficiently manage executive office functions while maintaining utmost discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operational activities of the executive office serving the Board of Directors.
- Manage scheduling including calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel logistics for the Board.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Safeguard sensitive correspondence and documents, maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Facilitate communication between the Board and internal/external stakeholders effectively.
- Track essential action tasks to guarantee timely completion.
- Coordinate executive, board, and corporate events with precision.
- Maintain orderly records, filing systems, and relevant executive documents.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of directives from leadership.
- Support strategic projects and initiatives assigned by senior management.
- Ensure the executive office operates efficiently whilst upholding high professional standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Between 5 and 8 years' experience in roles such as Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Executive Office Administrator supporting senior or board-level leadership.
- Proven expertise in managing executive calendars, meetings, travel coordination, and confidential paperwork.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong organizational abilities with high multitasking and time management competencies.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and capacity to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment managing multiple priorities.
- Experience within a corporate group or holding company environment is highly desirable.
