Role Overview

The company seeks an enthusiastic founding Account Executive based in Singapore passionate about advancing voice technology's business impact. This position involves partnering with organizations to help them utilize conversational AI for new user experiences and scalable monetization beyond mere product sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a portfolio of new clients across diverse industries adopting conversational AI to support revenue targets.
• Spot novel opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI solutions enhance user engagement, automation, or cost reduction.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the conversational AI market, covering customer applications, competitors, and evolving trends.
• Acquire or demonstrate expertise in conversational AI to articulate value propositions in areas like customer support, virtual agents, and in-app assistants.

Candidate Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of sales experience in SaaS or technology sectors, preferably with AI, generative AI, large language models, or API platform exposure.
• Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is advantageous.
• Consistent success in surpassing sales goals in fast-moving environments.
• Expertise or readiness to learn about voice and audio AI technologies and how they benefit clients.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with stakeholders at various organizational tiers.
• Customer-centric and product-aware mindset focusing on satisfaction and scalable growth.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, with deep cultural understanding of Southeast Asia and Greater China business contexts.
• Preferred experience in sales across multiple Asian markets, including Southeast Asia and ASEAN countries.
