Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Communication & Connected Sales Coordinator to become an integral part of our approachable and enthusiastic team.

The ideal candidate thrives in a casual, fun setting, has solid retail experience, and possesses a broad understanding of telecommunications products and services. Success in this role depends upon excellent customer service capabilities, experience handling cash transactions, and proficiency with EFTPOS systems or electronic point-of-sale technology.

You should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively as part of our consolidated sales team, managing pressure with ease, and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility is important, as JB Hi-Fi stores generally operate seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Proven retail, sales, or customer service background.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications industry preferred.
