Role Overview

As an Operations Team Member, you will play a critical role in back-of-house activities that ensure timely and accurate stock handling and order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include maintaining safe operations, organizing storage efficiently, managing product flow, and supporting the delivery and click-and-collect order processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to operational process controls and safety protocols, with emphasis on safe product handling, equipment use, and incident reporting.
• Work cooperatively within a team environment to provide excellent experiences for both in-store and online customers.
• Optimize back-of-house space, organization, stock flow, and product storage.
• Carry out order fulfillment activities in accordance with company procedures, including picking, packing, dispatch, and handling order inquiries.
