About the role
This position is based in Dublin and sits within LinkedIn’s Sales Solutions organization. The team focuses on helping customers adopt a deep sales approach, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to help sellers connect with the right buyers, strengthen relationships, and drive better outcomes at the right time.

This role follows a hybrid working model, meaning the work will be split between home and a LinkedIn office on selected days, according to business needs.
What you will do
- Generate revenue by engaging customers and creating opportunities that improve results for all parties involved.
- Own planning, forecasting, revenue reporting, and pipeline oversight with a high level of sales discipline.
- Use Sales Navigator effectively and serve as a model for strong sales habits.
- Apply your experience and customer understanding to improve the solution offering and refine the sales process over time.
- Take responsibility for your assigned book of business and revenue targets.
- Consistently work toward, and surpass, the business and revenue goals in your plan.
- Help define and share repeatable best practices that support the growth of the team.
- Support LinkedIn’s diversity and inclusion culture in day-to-day work.
What LinkedIn is looking for
Applicants should bring at least 2 years of relevant sales experience and be fluent in English. A strong fit would also have experience selling into Nordic markets, along with fluency in one Nordic language such as Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian.
Additional strengths include experience selling SaaS, CRM, or other software platform solutions; a history of working against quota; and the ability to identify opportunities, close senior-level deals, forecast accurately, and use data to make sales decisions. The role also calls for relationship-building skills, the ability to work with multiple stakeholders within one organization, and the ability to collaborate with internal partners to position the solution effectively.
