Job description

About the role

Join a global professional network that aims to expand economic opportunity for people everywhere. The company builds products that help members connect with others, find new opportunities, grow their skills, and access useful insights each day. It also focuses on employee growth and fosters a workplace shaped by trust, care, inclusion, and enjoyment.

This position supports a broader effort to grow an internal owned media agency and improve how campaigns are produced and managed. The role is a 12-month contractor assignment based in Mexico City, Mexico, and is performed remotely from the approved home location.

The team works with the owned media group, which sets strategy and prioritizes work across Email and LinkedIn Ads. It helps bring campaigns to life at scale, with an emphasis on strong execution, operational discipline, automation, and continuous improvement inside a fast-moving marketing environment.

What you will do

  • Create, update, and manage recurring dashboards and performance reports for owned channels.
  • Keep reporting outputs consistent and accurate across dashboards, spreadsheets, and other tools.
  • Watch channel performance closely and identify trends, unusual movements, or potential issues early.
  • Study campaign and channel data to develop practical insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide stakeholders with timely performance updates and respond to ad hoc data questions.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot data issues across internal tools and platforms, escalating when necessary.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to ensure tracking, tagging, and reporting are set up correctly.
  • Help document reporting workflows and support data governance practices.
  • Assist with QA and rollout of automated reporting solutions and analytics tools.

Requirements

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in an analytics-focused role.
  • Strong business-level English fluency.
  • Ability to turn business problems into structured analytical approaches.
  • Confidence in managing stakeholder relationships and working with limited supervision.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and BI platforms such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Preferred: familiarity with AI/ML concepts and how they can be applied in data analysis.
