This position is a 12-month contract based in Mexico City and supports the internal owned media agency team dedicated to enhancing channel strategy, execution, and efficiency across Email and LinkedIn Ads channels. The role involves leveraging technology and automation to facilitate campaign production and operational excellence in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update performance dashboards and routine reports to monitor owned media channels.
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across various reporting platforms, tools, and spreadsheets.
- Proactively observe channel results to identify trends, irregularities, and areas that require attention.
- Interpret campaign data, generating actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Provide timely performance updates to stakeholders and respond to ad hoc data queries.
- Diagnose and resolve data discrepancies within owned tools and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee proper tracking, tagging, and data reporting standards.
- Document reporting workflows and uphold data governance best practices.
- Facilitate the deployment and validation of automated reporting and analytics tools.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in analytics roles.
- Fluent in English for business communication.
- Strong aptitude in translating complex business challenges into analytical strategies.
- Proven capability to independently manage stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency with SQL and business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Preferred: Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their data analysis applications.
