Role Overview and Work Environment

This position is based in Dublin and operates on a hybrid schedule, combining work from home and in-office days as needed by the business. As part of the Benelux team, you will focus on identifying and engaging potential clients to drive new business through both inbound and proactive outbound efforts. The role centers on selling recruitment solutions by tailoring technology options to client needs, always prioritizing client interests while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently prospect to build a robust sales pipeline and foster strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Maintain transparent and reliable sales forecasts and provide clear updates to management on pipeline status.
  • Achieve or surpass sales quotas by closing new business deals regularly.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for your territory, including gathering and sharing competitive intelligence.
  • Support team development by coaching colleagues and sharing best practices to establish a foundation for team success.
  • Communicate market needs and insights with product and marketing teams to influence future offerings.
  • Proactively address challenges beyond your immediate area and take on emerging responsibilities and initiatives.
  • Seize leadership opportunities to support company goals and contribute to broader organizational success.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years proven success in a role with sales quota responsibilities.
  • Fluent English language skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with recruitment, recruitment media, or HR software.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
  • Understanding of software contracts with capability to negotiate equitable agreements.
  • Strong negotiation and forecasting competencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and close high-level business in a sales environment that requires evangelism.
  • Skill in analyzing opportunities utilizing data to influence decisions and persuade.
  • Capability to manage multiple prospective clients simultaneously, effectively positioning company products against competitors.
